Teriyaki Scallops & Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Scallops, 6pcs
  • Chicken Nuggets

Condiments:

  • Cooking Sake, 1.5 tablespoons 
  • Mirin, 1.5 tablespoons 
  • Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons 
  • Sugar, 1 tablespoon 

Garnish:

  • Rocket and Oak Leaves
  • Lemon
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Black Sesame Seeds
  • Cucumber with Sesame Oil

How to make:


Steps:

Teriyaki Scallops 

    1. Wash the scallops and pat them dry.
    2. Heat oil in medium heat, add scallops and pan fry both sides of scallops until browned.l (about 5 minutes)
    3. Reduce to low heat, add cooking sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar.
    4. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Chicken Nuggets
    1. Toaster or Oven bake for 15 minutes.
