Ingredients:
- Frozen Scallops, 6pcs
- Chicken Nuggets
Condiments:
- Cooking Sake, 1.5 tablespoons
- Mirin, 1.5 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Sugar, 1 tablespoon
Garnish:
- Rocket and Oak Leaves
- Lemon
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Black Sesame Seeds
- Cucumber with Sesame Oil

Steps:
Teriyaki Scallops
- Wash the scallops and pat them dry.
- Heat oil in medium heat, add scallops and pan fry both sides of scallops until browned.l (about 5 minutes)
- Reduce to low heat, add cooking sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
Chicken Nuggets
- Toaster or Oven bake for 15 minutes.
