Ingredients:
- Smoked Duck Breast, 2pcs, pre-cooked
- Romaine Lettuces, 2 small heads
- Eggs, 1pc
Condiments:
- 4 Cheese Powder
- Oliver Oil, 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
- A1 Sauce
- Tangy Sauce
How to make:
Preparations:
Smoked Duck Breast
- Thaw the duck breast before reheat.
- Steaming the duck breast for 5-7 minutes, until its inside warm enough.
Romaine Lettuce
- Rinse, dry and tear romaine into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss with olive oil, some salt and pepper, until lettuce is evenly coated.
Hard boiled egg
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Ensure there’s enough water in the pot to cover the egg.
- Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook the egg for 8 minutes.
- Remove the egg from pot and place it in an ice water bath. Until they are cool enough to peel.
Steps:
- Place the romaine lettuces in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle generously with cheese powder and croutons.
- Cut the duck breast into slices and put slices on top of the salad. And place the hard boiled egg.
- Pour the A1 sauce over the duck breast.
Notes:
- If you would like the crispy croutons, you can pack them separately. And toss on the salad when serving.
