Pan Seared Buri & Taiwanese Pepper Sausage

Ingredients:

  • Buri, 2 pcs
  • Taiwanese Pepper Sausage, 1 pack
  • Asparagus, 50g
  • Cabbage, 50g
  • Shimeji, 20g

Condiments:

Pan Seared Buri

  • Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons 
  • Mirin, 1 tablespoon 
  • Corn starch

Asparagus 

  • Salt
  • Ground Pepperr

Garnish:

  • Mixed Lettuce
  • Lemon

How to make:

Preparations:

Frozen Buri
    1. Thaw the Buri before marinate.
    2. After thawed, add soy sauce, mirin evenly coat the buri fish. If time allows, marinate overnight.

Steps:

Pan Seared Buri

    1. Pat dry the buri with paper towels.  Sprinkle a dash of salt on both sides.
    2. Then sprinkle cornstarch on the whole.
    3. Heat a pan in high heat, once the pan turn hot; low down the heat and pour a tablespoon of oil.
    4. Add buri fish, sear the fillets on both sides until golden brown.
Stir Fried Taiwanese Sausages 

    1. Heat a little oil on low heat and fry slowly.
    2. Keep turning to heat evenly.
