Easy Yakisoba Bento

Ingredients:

  • Yakisoba
  • Chicken, 300g, diced (optional)
  • Shimeji, 30g (optional)
  • Chikuwa, 3pcs (optional)
  • Hard Boiled Egg, 2pcs
  • Shrimps, 100g
  • Taiwanese Pepper Sausage
Condiments:
  • Salt (for shrimps)
  • Salt and Sesame Oil (chicken)

Garnish:

  • Stir fried Mixed Vegetables
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Baby Oak Leaves
  • Sesame Seeds

How to make:

Preparations:

  1. Thawed and wash the Chicken Thigh, and Shrimps.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs and Chikuwa into strips.
  3. Simply pan fried the shrimps, taiwanese sausage, and mixed vegetables. Set aside.

Steps:

Yakisoba

    1. Heat the oil in a pan or wok set over medium-high heat.
    2. Add chicken, Shimeji and Chikuwa in, stir fry for 5 minutes.
    3. Add noodles and water, cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Add sauce base and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through, toss well.
