Ingredients:
- Yakisoba
- Chicken, 300g, diced (optional)
- Shimeji, 30g (optional)
- Chikuwa, 3pcs (optional)
- Hard Boiled Egg, 2pcs
- Shrimps, 100g
- Taiwanese Pepper Sausage
Condiments:
- Salt (for shrimps)
- Salt and Sesame Oil (chicken)
Garnish:
- Stir fried Mixed Vegetables
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Baby Oak Leaves
- Sesame Seeds
How to make:
Preparations:
- Thawed and wash the Chicken Thigh, and Shrimps.
- Cut the chicken thighs and Chikuwa into strips.
- Simply pan fried the shrimps, taiwanese sausage, and mixed vegetables. Set aside.
Steps:
Yakisoba
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok set over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, Shimeji and Chikuwa in, stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and water, cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add sauce base and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through, toss well.
