Ingredients:
- Soft Butter Buns, 6pcs
- Tuna Flakes, 1 can
- Parma Ham of your choice
- Frozen Shrimps, Thawed, 10pcs
- Red Onions
- Sandwich Cheese
- White & Red Cheddar Cheese
- Baby Oak Leaves
Condiments:
- Dill Weeds
- Salt and Pepper
- Honey and Mustard Dressing Sauce
- Mayonnaise
Garnish:
- Oba
- Lettuces
- Cherry Tomatoes
How to make:
Preparation:
- Slicing and dicing the red onions separately.
- Preheat the toaster, and bake the buns for 1-2 minutes.
- If using the frozen shrimps, thaw before use.
Steps:
Tuna Salad
- Set out a mixing bowl. Open and drain the can of tuna flakes.
- Once well-drained, place the tuna flakes in the bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, diced red onions and dill weeds. Mix well.
- Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Cover and chill until ready to use.
Parma Ham & Red Onion
- Layer Parma Ham, Cheese and Sliced Red Onion one each bun.
- Season with Salt.
Shrimps and Cheese
- Pat shrimp dry and season with kosher salt and pepper.
- Add some of the olive oil or ghee and swirl to coat the pan.
- Place shrimp in hot pan and let cook 1-2 minutes per side or until meat is no longer translucent.
- Remove shrimp from pan and transfer to a new bowl.
- Add Honey and Mustard salad dressing, mix well.
- Place a layer of Baby Oak Leaves in the middle of buns.
- Add Shrimps and Cheese on the top of Leaves.
Notes:
- Keep homemade tuna salad covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
