Soft Butter Bun Sandwiches

Ingredients:
  • Soft Butter Buns, 6pcs
  • Tuna Flakes, 1 can
  • Parma Ham of your choice 
  • Frozen Shrimps, Thawed, 10pcs
  • Red Onions
  • Sandwich Cheese
  • White & Red Cheddar Cheese
  • Baby Oak Leaves
Condiments:
  • Dill Weeds
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Honey and Mustard Dressing Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
Garnish:
  • Oba
  • Lettuces 
  • Cherry Tomatoes 
How to make: 

Preparation:

  1. Slicing and dicing the red onions separately.
  2. Preheat the toaster, and bake the buns for 1-2 minutes.
  3. If using the frozen shrimps, thaw before use.

Steps:


Tuna Salad 

  1. Set out a mixing bowl. Open and drain the can of tuna flakes.
  2. Once well-drained, place the tuna flakes in the bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, diced red onions and dill weeds. Mix well. 
  4. Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Cover and chill until ready to use.


Parma Ham & Red Onion

  1. Layer Parma Ham, Cheese and Sliced Red Onion one each bun.
  2. Season with Salt.


Shrimps and Cheese

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with kosher salt and pepper.
  2. Add some of the olive oil or ghee and swirl to coat the pan.
  3. Place shrimp in hot pan and let cook 1-2 minutes per side or until meat is no longer translucent. 
  4. Remove shrimp from pan and transfer to a new bowl.
  5. Add Honey and Mustard salad dressing, mix well.
  6. Place a layer of Baby Oak Leaves in the middle of buns.
  7. Add Shrimps and Cheese on the top of Leaves.


Notes:

  1. Keep homemade tuna salad covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
