Ingredients:
- Rice, 1.5 cups
- Chicken Cartilage, 200g
- Salmon Flakes (鮭ほぐし)
- Nori Sheet, 4pcs
- Broccoli, Cauliflower
Condiments:
Garnish:
- Oba (Basil Leaves)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Lettuce
How to make:
Pan Fried Chicken Cartilages Preparations:
- After the chicken cartilages are washed, put a little salt to marinate for half an hour.
Steps:
- Add chicken cartilage and start pan-frying until they turn golden brown.
- Add pepper after cooked, and mix well.
Notes:
- Since chicken cartilage will produce oil after frying, it is fine to cook it without oil.
