Rice Balls and Chicken Cartilages

Ingredients:

  • Rice, 1.5 cups
  • Chicken Cartilage, 200g
  • Salmon Flakes (鮭ほぐし)
  • Nori Sheet, 4pcs
  • Broccoli, Cauliflower 

Condiments:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sesame Oil

Garnish:

  • Oba (Basil Leaves)
  • Cherry Tomatoes 
  • Lettuce 

How to make:


Pan Fried Chicken Cartilages 

Preparations:
  1. After the chicken cartilages are washed, put a little salt to marinate for half an hour.
Steps:
  1. Add chicken cartilage and start pan-frying until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add pepper after cooked, and mix well.
Notes:
  1. Since chicken cartilage will produce oil after frying, it is fine to cook it without oil.
