Ingredients:
- Soba Noodles, 1 pack
- Frozen Breaded Shrimps, 10pcs
- Asparagus
Condiments:
- Dark Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
Garnish:
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Beni Shōga (Red Pickled Ginger)
How to make:
Steps:
Fried Noodles / Yakisoba
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok set over medium-high heat.
- Add the yakisoba noodles, water and toss well.
- Add sauce base and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
Fried Shrimps / Ebi Fry
- Heat the oil to 170-180 degrees.
- Add the breaded shrimps.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
- Turn to another side and cook for 2-3 minutes, to get an even cooking.
Notes:
- To avoid overcooking or too browned of the breaded shrimp when frying, I prefer defrost them before use.
