Ingredients:
- Buri (Yellowtail), 5pcs
- Honey Sausage
- Egg
- Broccoli
- Konjac
- Instant Beef Cutlets
Condiments
- Salt
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Mirin, 4 tablespoons
- Cooking Sake, 4 tablespoons
- Soy sauce, 4 tablespoons
Garish:
- Lettuce
- Sesame Seeds
- Leeks
- Cherry Tomatoes
How to make:
Preparations:
- Sprinkle salt and leave the Buri for about 15 minutes, then rinse.
Steps:
- Wipe the excess liquid off the fish with paper towels.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pan fry both side of fish until brown.
- Reduce to low heat, add cooking sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar over the fish.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove the fish from the pan.
- Add some water and mix with the remaining sauce on pan. Simmer for 2 minutes more.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
