Easy Buri Teriyaki (Yellowtail)

Ingredients:

  • Buri (Yellowtail), 5pcs
  • Honey Sausage 
  • Egg
  • Broccoli
  • Konjac
  • Instant Beef Cutlets

Condiments 

  • Salt
  • Sugar, 2 tablespoons 
  • Mirin, 4 tablespoons 
  • Cooking Sake, 4 tablespoons 
  • Soy sauce, 4 tablespoons 

Garish:

  • Lettuce
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Leeks
  • Cherry Tomatoes

How to make:


Preparations:
  1. Sprinkle salt and leave the Buri for about 15 minutes, then rinse.
Steps:
  1. Wipe the excess liquid off the fish with paper towels.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Pan fry both side of fish until brown.
  4. Reduce to low heat, add cooking sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar over the fish.
  5. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove the fish from the pan.
  7. Add some water and mix with the remaining sauce on pan.  Simmer for 2 minutes more.
  8. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
