20-min Pasta Salad with Beef Bites

Ingredients:

  • Sirloin Steak, 300g
  • Macaroni, 100g
  • Cherry Tomatoes, havled
  • Mixed Vegetables (Baby Rocket, Baby Spinach, Beetroot, Carrots), 2.5cups
Condiments:
  • Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Mayonnaise 
  • Tangy Salad Dressings
  • Cheese Powder

Preparations:
 
Beef Bites
    1. Trim off the excess fat from the meat, and cut into small bite-size pieces.
    2. Sprinkle with kosher salt and ground pepper. Toss meat around a bit to thoroughly coat.
Salad
  1. Wash and drain the choices of your flavour vegetables.

Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta according the instructions on the package. 
  2. Drain and rinse well under cold water.
Steps:
Beef Bites
    1. Heat the pan over medium-high heat.  
    2. Add about 1 tablespoon butter to the pan.
    3. Place meat in the pan in a single layer.
    4. Sizzle and brown on one side. Then flip them over.
    5. Remove the meat to a plate and let it rest for a few minutes.
Pasta Salad
    1. In a large bowl, place the salad mix.
    2. Add the drained and rinsed pasta.
    3. Add 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and mix well.
    4. Stir in the havled Cherry Tomatoes.
    5. Seasoning with salt. Top with the mayonnaise and cheese powder.
    6. Serve the beef bites over the salad.
