Ingredients:
- Yakisoba Noodles, 300g
- Sauté Salmon and Shrimp Mix, 1pack
- Egg, 2pcs
- Frozen Chicken Dumplings, 4pcs
Condiments:
- Salt
- Sugar
- Cornstarch
Garnish:
- Ham
- Baby Oak Leaves
- Oba (Basil Leaves)
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Basil Flakes
How to make:
Steps:
Yakisoba
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok set over medium-high heat.Add the salmon and shrimps mix and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the yakisoba noodles, water and toss well.Add sauce base and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
Fried Egg
- Whisk 2 eggs, a dash of salt and sugar, in a small bowl.
- Add 1 tsp of cornstarch, mixed with water.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the pan over medium-high heat. Distribute the oil to make sure the surface of the pan is coated well.
- When the pan is hot, pour in the egg mixture and tilt the pan to coat the entire surface with the egg.
- Cook the egg until the bottom has set but the top is still soft.
- Turn off the heat, and cover the pan with a lid.
Pan Fried Chicken Dumplings
- Place a pan on medium heat.
- Place an even layer of frozen dumplings in pan.
- Cook for 3 minutes until the bottoms are browned.
- Pour in a cup of water, enough to reach about 3/4 up the sides of the dumplings.
- Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- Until cooked through and the water is absorbed.
