20-min Easy Omelettes Fried Noodles

Ingredients:

  • Yakisoba Noodles, 300g
  • Sauté Salmon and Shrimp Mix, 1pack
  • Egg, 2pcs
  • Frozen Chicken Dumplings, 4pcs

Condiments:

  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Cornstarch 

Garnish:

  • Ham
  • Baby Oak Leaves
  • Oba (Basil Leaves)
  • Ketchup 
  • Mayonnaise 
  • Basil Flakes

How to make:



Steps:


Yakisoba

  1. Heat the oil in a pan or wok set over medium-high heat.Add the salmon and shrimps mix and stir fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the yakisoba noodles, water and toss well.Add sauce base and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.

Fried Egg

  1. Whisk 2 eggs, a dash of salt and sugar, in a small bowl.
  2. Add 1 tsp of cornstarch, mixed with water.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the pan over medium-high heat. Distribute the oil to make sure the surface of the pan is coated well.
  4. When the pan is hot, pour in the egg mixture and tilt the pan to coat the entire surface with the egg.
  5. Cook the egg until the bottom has set but the top is still soft.
  6. Turn off the heat, and cover the pan with a lid.

Pan Fried Chicken Dumplings

  1. Place a pan on medium heat.
  2. Place an even layer of frozen dumplings in pan.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes until the bottoms are browned.
  4. Pour in a cup of water, enough to reach about 3/4 up the sides of the dumplings.
  5. Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  6. Until cooked through and the water is absorbed.
