🍱 Pan Fried Red Snapper (鯛 / 紅魚)
- 2 skin-on Red Snapper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Dash of salt and pepper
⏱ Total Cooking Time: 15 mins
✨Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Melt butter with olive oil until frothy. Cook the red snappers, skin side down, for 2 minutes, then carefully flip it.
✨Cook for another minute or until almost cooked through, then add garlic, parsley, and lemon juice and continue to cook for another minute or so until the fish is golden brown.
