🍱 Easy Oven Baked Mackerel 🍱 Beef Rolled Enoki
Another easy dish that my 11 years old Daughter can make it.
- 2 MACKEREL FILLETS
- OLIVE OIL
- SALT and PEPPER
- LEMON / LIME, Halved
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Steps
- Pull out any bones from the mackerel fillet using kitchen tweezers.
- Brush olive oil with a pastry brush over the mackerel skin. Season the fillet with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Place mackerel fillets skin side up. (I lined baking tray with cooking paper for easy cleaning.) Bake the fillets at preheated oven of 200°C for about 15 minutes, or until the skin turns brown & crisp.
- Serve with the lemon / lime.
If you like a simple Japanese dip, you can add some grated daikon (White Radish) to a small saucer of light soy sauce or ponzo sauce.
