Friday morning. Glad that the veggies had been cut into pieces previously. Was boiling the rice cake in hot water when I brushed my teeth, washed my face and made my hair.
Drained the rice cake. Medium heat, stir fried the beef for a min, set aside.
With the same pan, stir fried the cabbage, onions and carrots until softened. Put the rice cake and stir well with the vegetables for 1 minute. Then add the kimchi, sauce paste and water.
Stir well and continue to boil, stirring constantly, for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until reaching your desired level of softness.
