Hubby and I love the combination of beef and enoki. When two of them, we can make different dishes. Today, I used the Satay sauce and stir fried.
➡️ Put rice in the cooker
➡️ Boil veggie and Shrimps🔛 Freshen up myself
➡️ Returned to Kitchen; Stir Fried the Beef and Enoki; Remove the Shrimps skins.
➡️ Started assembling our lunch boxes
- Beef Slices 300 grams
- Enoki 1 pack
- Satay Sauce 1 Tablespoon
- Mirin 2 teaspoons
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Cut off the enoki mushroom stems. Clean and remove the mud.
- Heat half of the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan; stir-fry steak, in batches, until browned. Remove from the wok.
- Heat remaining oil in wok, stir fry enoki until softened.
- Return Beef to wok, add Satay Sauce and Mirin. Stir fry until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
