Satay Beef with Enoki



🍱 Satay Beef with Enoki
🍱 Boiled Shrimps and Cabbage
🍱 Cucumbers in Sesame Oil
🍱 Roasted Seaweed


Hubby and I love the combination of beef and enoki.  When two of them, we can make different dishes.  Today, I used the Satay sauce and stir fried.  


➡️ Put rice in the cooker

➡️ Boil veggie and Shrimps🔛 Freshen up myself 

➡️ Returned to Kitchen; Stir Fried the Beef and Enoki; Remove the Shrimps skins.

➡️ Started assembling our lunch boxes


  • Beef Slices 300 grams
  • Enoki 1 pack
  • Satay Sauce 1 Tablespoon 
  • Mirin 2 teaspoons 


Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Cook Time: 20 minutes 

  1. Cut off the enoki mushroom stems.  Clean and remove the mud.
  2. Heat half of the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan; stir-fry steak, in batches, until browned. Remove from the wok.
  3. Heat remaining oil in wok, stir fry enoki until softened.
  4. Return Beef to wok, add Satay Sauce and Mirin.  Stir fry until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
