Pork Rolled Rice Balls

  • Thin Slice Pork 8pcs
  • Rice 1.5 cups
  • Roasted White Sesame Seeds 1tsp
  • Shogayaki Sauce (Ginger Sauce) 2tsp
  1. Mix roasted sesame seeds with cooked rice. Wetting hands slightly, make 4 balls of rice.
  2. Wrap marinated pork around rice balls.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the pork-wrapped rice balls on low heat. 
  4. When the pork is cooked through, add Shogayaki Sauce.  Turn the balls occasionally to ensure even cooking.
