- Thin Slice Pork 8pcs
- Rice 1.5 cups
- Roasted White Sesame Seeds 1tsp
- Shogayaki Sauce (Ginger Sauce) 2tsp
- Mix roasted sesame seeds with cooked rice. Wetting hands slightly, make 4 balls of rice.
- Wrap marinated pork around rice balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the pork-wrapped rice balls on low heat.
- When the pork is cooked through, add Shogayaki Sauce. Turn the balls occasionally to ensure even cooking.
