Easy Ham & Cheese, Tuna & Arugula Sandwiches in 15 mins

Ham & Cheese

  • Bread of your choice 4 slices
  • Ham of your choice 6 slices
  • Cheddar cheese 2 singles
  • Onions, Sliced a few
  • Lettuce, Chopped 2 cups 
  • Softened butter, for spreading

Steps

  1. Spread two slices of bread with softened butter.
  2. Lay the lettuce over one of the slices of bread then top with the ham, onions and cheese.
  3. Cover it with the other slice of bread. Wrap it and cut it.


Tuna & Arugula Sandwiches

  • Chunk Tuna, Drained 1 can
  • Bread of your choices 4 slices
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons 
  • Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh Basil and Parsley, Chopped 2 tablespoons
  • Salt a dash
  • freshly cracked black pepper a dash
  • Baby Arugula 2 cups
  • Onions, sliced a few
  • Softened butter, for spreading


Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna with the olive oil, fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
  2. Spread the bread with softened butter. Assemble the rest of the sandwich by adding a scoop of the tuna, a few onions and arugula on one slice. Cover it with the other slice of bread. Then wrap it and cut in half.
