Stir-fried Kale [Easy Recipes]


Ingredients: (2 Servings)
Kale (Chopped)   200 grams 
Mined Ginger  |  1 teaspoon
Mined Garlic  |  1 teaspoon
Salt  |  1 dash
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Preparations:
  1. Soak the chopped kale in ice water for 5 minutes
  2. Rinse the kale under cold running water.
Steps:
  1. Heat the oil in pan until almost smoking, add the ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the Kale and turn the heat down a little.
  3. Add Salt and mix well.
  4. Garnish with more sesame seeds. 
Tips:
  1. Soaking the kale in ice water, will help remove some of the bitterness, and this will also help deep clean the leaves.
  2. Don’t dry the kale after washing. The extra water will help it steam in the pan and cook faster.
