Ingredients: (2 Servings)
Kale (Chopped) | 200 grams
Mined Ginger | 1 teaspoon
Mined Garlic | 1 teaspoon
Salt | 1 dash
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Preparations:
- Soak the chopped kale in ice water for 5 minutes
- Rinse the kale under cold running water.
- Heat the oil in pan until almost smoking, add the ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the Kale and turn the heat down a little.
- Add Salt and mix well.
- Garnish with more sesame seeds.
- Soaking the kale in ice water, will help remove some of the bitterness, and this will also help deep clean the leaves.
- Don’t dry the kale after washing. The extra water will help it steam in the pan and cook faster.
