At first I wanted to make enoki mushroom beef rolls. But after opening the beef package, I found that each piece of beef was very short and not long enough to make enoki mushroom rolls.
Therefore, I could only do something else to replace the rolls. I end up made the Sautéed Beef with Onions. And because the enoki mushroom has been left for too long in the refrigerator, I cook it too as one of the side dishes.
Making of the Tamagoyaki, I don't have the Makiyakinabe, I had to use a small round pan to try it! The results are all right and I was satisfied!
